Definitions
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
- "Red Dingo" (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to the Red Dingo Group (Red Dingo Australia Pty Ltd., Red Dingo GmbH, Red Dingo Inc.) .
- "Products"/"Goods"/"Items" refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
- "Orders" mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
- "Service" refers to the Website.
- "Website" refers to Red Dingo GmbH, Red Dingo Inc, or Red Dingo Australia Pty Ltd., accessible from www.reddingo.com
- "You" means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
At a minimum, items purchased through our website can be returned for a refund or exchange in accordance with your local consumer guarantee legislation.
To request a refund, exchange or return, please contact us.
General Returns
If you have purchased an item directly from us online, you may return the goods within 14-days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
• You must have a valid order confirmation showing the goods were purchased from us in the last 14 days, and
• The goods must be in the original packaging, unworn and in resalable condition.
The following items cannot be returned:
• Personalised items, such as engraved ID tags
• Items which have been worn
• Items which have had packaging removed (hangsell/swingtags etc.)
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Returns are processed as soon as possible within 14 days of us receiving the goods. A return is processed to the same payment method used as the original purchase.
For returns which are not due to a faulty product, you are responsible for any shipping and/or taxes associated with sending the item back to us.
Personalised Items
Personalised items (e.g. engraved ID tags) cannot be returned to us or exchanged, unless there has been a mistake made by us.
Incorrect Item Received
If you have purchased an item(s) from Red Dingo and received the incorrect item, we will organise the correct item to be re-delivered at no cost to you. Your replacement item will come with a prepaid return shipping label for you to send the other item back to us.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items purchased directly from us if they are in brand-new, unworn condition with packaging still attached.
To be eligible for an exchange:
• You must have a valid order confirmation showing the goods were purchased from us in the last 14 days, and
•The goods must be in the original packaging, unworn and in resalable condition
The following items cannot be exchanged:
• Personalised items, such as engraved ID tags
• Items which have been worn
• Items which have had packaging removed (hangsell/swingtags etc.)
You are responsible for all shipping costs involved in returning the original item back to us, and getting the replacement item delivered to you.
If the exchange request is for a product with a different price, we will request payment for the difference if it is higher, or provide a refund if it is lower.
Product Warranty
Red Dingo operates under your local consumer law for standard product warranties. If you have experienced a problem with one of our products due to a manufacturing defect please contact us.
For any remedies under warranty, we will either repair the product, replace the product or provide a full refund at our discretion. Any costs incurred for freight for warranty claims will be covered by Red Dingo.
Warranty for Consumers in the European Union
Under EU law, consumers within the European Union have up to 2 years to make a claim for faulty goods, or goods that don't look or work as advertised. For any remedies under warranty, we will either repair the product, replace the product or provide a full refund at our discretion.
Warranty for Consumers in the UK and Wales
Consumers in the United Kingdom have up to 6 years (5 years in Scotland) to make a claim for faulty goods, or goods that don't look or work as advertised. For any remedies under warranty, we will either repair the product, replace the product or provide a full refund at our discretion.
Request a Return
To request a return, a Red Dingo Customer Service Representative must be contacted to assess your request first. Please contact us with your order number and return request details.
Items purchased through a Red Dingo retailer cannot be returned to us. Please organise a return or exchange through the original place of purchase.
As the purchaser, you are responsible for all shipping costs when returning an item to us. Any fees associated with receiving your return, such as customs fees, will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Processing of Returns
Any refunds for returns or defective items will be processed as soon as possible within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods, subject to the conditions above under ‘General Returns’.
Unless defective, the refund value provided will be the original invoiced amount, less any shipping costs, customs duties and transactional fees. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned items.
